🟨 How to Grant Access to Your Google Sheet

When integrating a Google Sheet with Rechatbox, it is necessary to grant us access to your sheet in order for the integration to be successful.

The task of giving us access to your Google Sheet is quick and effortless. The step-by-step guide that follows will make it a breeze.

1) Open your Google Sheet in the browser

2) On the top right corner, click "Share"

3) Locate the "Add people or groups" input field on the new popup that shows up

4) In the input field, add the following address

sheets@answerly-integrate.iam.gserviceaccount.com

5) Make sure "Notify people" is unchecked, then click "Share"

Congratulations, you have successfully granted Rechatbox access to your Google Sheet.
