Getting started with AI training on Rechatbox is an exciting adventure! It's a place where you can teach your agent everything about you and your business. So, let's jump right in! 🚀
First, you need to access the AI Training from the homepage, or you can simply click on this link.
If you haven't created any training collections yet, you'll be prompted to create one. Click on the Create button to get started.
Wondering what a collection is? Good question! A collection is essentially a training module. By organizing your training into collections, you can help your AI quickly locate the correct answer by browsing through related content.
Now, go ahead and create a collection. For this example, we're creating a 'Pricing' collection.
Once you click Create, you'll access the AI training options where you have three different sections:
Q & A
Functions
Embeddings
Let's break these down one by one.
This is a straightforward method where you provide a question and an answer. It's the simplest form of training and a great way for the AI to understand context. Just click on the Q & A button, fill in the fields for the question and the answer, and include a reference link (if any).
Functions are external components, such as a picture, a video, a calendar event, etc. Just choose the function you want to add, click on it, and fill in the necessary details on the right.
Again, don't forget to hit Save once you're done!
Embeddings allow you to include different sources like sheets, documents, PDFs, CSVs, etc. Click on the type of embedding you want to add, fill in the necessary data (like uploading a PDF or adding a link), and decide if you want the data to sync every time there's an update.
And you guessed it, don't forget to hit Save once you're done!
Once your training collection is all set, you can link it to one of your agents. And that's it! This is how you get started with AI training on Rechatbox.
